New Comment View Panel
- Comments now have their own tab in the side panel
- Comments are grouped by the section heading of the document
- Clicking a comment will scroll the document to the relevant section
- Comments are shown in threaded conversations where replies have been provided
Comment Tagging
- When adding a comment by using the @ key users can tag people or groups in their comments
- This shows users in the review group, the review group and other users who can view the document
- As you type this list will filter down to available names
Selecting a name will notify that user of the comment when relevant to them
Notifications
- Notification bell in the top right for each user •Shows all tasks and comment mentions
- Blue badge shows new notifications
- Red Badge shows Overdue tasks
- Amber badge shows tasks due today
- There is a historical list of tasks stored for each user
Users can access documents from task list directly as a preview or full doc view
Email Notifications of Comment Activity
- Users will receive emails of new comment activity
- Users will only receive a notification once the document reaches a status where they can see the comment
- Users will only receive one comment notification per day per document (unless they have viewed the document since the last comment activity)
Comment Grouping
- Comments are automatically grouped under the document part they relate to
- Where multiple parts share one name (responsibilities for example) the number of the part is shown in brackets, so Responsibility(5) would be the 5th item in the Responsibility section for example
Resolving Comments
- Comments can now be marked as resolved by clicking the ‘tick’ icon next to them
Comment Filtering
- Comments can be filtered to show resolved and unresolved comments
- This filtering can also be done via comment author
