ATLAS AI Agent

1. Click "ATLAS" from your sidebar
   

1. Click "ATLAS" in the top panel of RoleMapper
   

1. From either ATLAS interface simply type your query into the chat box at the botom of the page/panel
   
2. ATLAS will respond in the conversation window and follow up questions can be asked and you may have clickable interactions for things like viewing or comparing documents in more detail

1. From the full screen ATLAS interface your previous conversations are shown in the left-hand pane. This panel can be expanded using the button above it
   

ATLAS can answer a large range of queries such as:

• "Show me Product management Roles"
  • ATLAS can show you roles in your system with cetain names, even showing results which are close in meaning rather than just exact matches. Trying to discern what you mean, not just what you wrote
• "Someone who handles billing disputes and collections for customers"
  • Rather than searching for role names you could look for what someone in that role does and let ATLAS find suitable roles
• "Show me Mid-level sales roles"
  • You can add elements of the level of a role into the query and ATLAS has the context to look at your roles and define what "mid-level" looks like in the context of your organisation
• "We are renaming our Account Executive role in Digital Advertising to Account Director. Which profile fits best? Do we need to create a new one?"
  • You can also put what you are trying to achieve into ATLAS and it will work with you to define the information from your architecture you need to see to complete the task
• "Tell me about our levelling framework"
  • If you have a Levellign Framework defined within RoelMapper ATLAS will be able to answer questions based upon it
