NOTE - Access to Job Architecture views is not available to all Organisations or Users. If you can not see a certain Job Architecture view please contact your RoleMapper admin, if they can't give you access then please contact RoleMapper support.
The Job Summary view is accessed from the Job Architecture page and by pressing this button - . This view shows a breakdown of the number of Job Descriptions in different areas of your hierarchy.
It can be filtered by:
- Level
- Years Since Last Review
- Band
- Document Status
Changing the Axis (Drilldowns)
To change the data displayed on the left and in the main table:
- Select one of the blue drop-down boxes for either the left panel or the main panel.
- Then select one of the available categories.
NOTE - Dependent on your data, some categories may not produce useful results.
Adding Employee Data
It is possible to add data about your employees within the Job Summary view as well:
- Select the "Settings" cog from the Job Summary page.
- Toggle to select Employees numbers and/or Employee Percentage.
