How To Use The AI Summarise Tool

RoleMapper includes an AI Summariser tool, this will take the text from a given section and run it through AI to create a more condensed version of the text which maintains the same meaning. This can be a great tool to help meet readability rules within your platform for sentence/paragraph lengths.

NOTE - If you can't see the Summarise tool it may not have been enabled for your organisation. Please ask your internal RoleMapper admin to discuss this with the RoleMapper team and the option can be enabled for you.

1. From any job document (where you have edit permissions) click the 3 vertical dots next to any editable section of the document.
   
2. From the menu select "Summarise".
   
3. Our AI will then provide a condensed version of your text below your original version. To insert it to your document click on the suggestion. Or click the circular arrow to generate a new AI suggestion.
   

   NOTE - By it's nature AI suggestions can not be guaranteed for accuracy or adherence to best practice rules. Always check AI suggestions before insertion. However, our AI improves it's accuracy and suggestions with every use and is constantly evolving.

4. The inserted text will appear below the original, you can then delete the original text if you are happy with the insertion.
