RoleMapper includes access to a library of documents from your organisation which you can access and use to compare and build your current job document.
NOTE - If you can't see the Library it may not have been enabled for your organisation. Please ask your internal RoleMapper admin to discuss this with the RoleMapper team and the option can be enabled for you.
How to Use the Library
- From any job document (where you have edit permissions) click the Related Content tab in the right-hand panel.

- From the Right-Hand panel select "Library".
- The Library shows approved Job Documents and uploaded documents within your RoleMapper platform. You can select between "Internal" (Job Documents), Uploaded or both in the "Sources" dropdown menu. You can also type to search for relevant documents within the Search box.
- Clicking on a document will load it up to display alongside your current document
