How To Get AI Suggestions For Improvements and Content

1. Find a warning or error in your job document
   
2. Hover over the section and click the green Magic Wand
   
   

   NOTE - This is the same magic wand icon used for AI suggestions. If your field is empty it will display for AI suggestions, if your field has errors/warnings then it will appear for AI improvements.

3. RoleMapper's AI will then look at your content and suggest an improved alternative where possible
   
   

   NOTE - It is not always possible for our AI to suggest alternatives that correct all issues without changing the meaning of the text, RoleMapper will alert you if it has not been possible and tell you which issues remain.

4. You can refine the suggested improvements with additional instructions such as "make this more exciting", "add a sentence about x", "remove mentions of x" etc. Enter your instruction, then click "Retry"
   
5. Click "Accept Suggestion" to replace the text with the suggested improvement

1. Find a blank section or existing content in your job document
   
   
2. Hover over the section and click the green Magic Wand
   
   

   NOTE - This is the same magic wand icon used for AI improvements. If your field is empty it will display for AI suggestions, if your field has errors/warnings then it will appear for AI improvements.

3. Click to the "Suggest" tab (if not taken there directly)
   
4. Change the job Family, Title and Level (if required) and click "Generate" to generate new suggestions with your changes
5. "Tick" any suggestions you wish to use and click "Add Selected" to add them to your document
