How To Get AI Suggestions For Text

RoleMapper includes an AI suggestion tool, this looks at the title of the Job Document being worked on, along with the section of text being edited and suggests dynamic content which could be used to complete the section. This can be a great tool to help quickly add information to a Job Document.

NOTE - If you can't see the AI suggestion tool it may not have been enabled for your organisation. Please ask your internal RoleMapper admin to discuss this with the RoleMapper team and the option can be enabled for you.

1. From any job document (where you have edit permissions) hover over an editable section and you will see a green magic wand, click this to search for suggested text.
   
2. The AI will now present a list of possible options which could be inserted in the selected area for the job title. Click one to insert it into your document, or click the circular arrow to generate a new AI suggestion.
   NOTE - By it's nature AI suggestions can not be guaranteed for accuracy or adherence to best practice rules. Always check AI suggestions before insertion. However, our AI improves it's accuracy and suggestions with every use and is constantly evolving.
