RoleMapper includes an AI Job Description Generator tool, this will take the Job Title, Job Family and Level and run it through AI to generate an entire Job Description which can then be used to add information to your Job Document. This can be a great way to quickly build up a job description/advert from scratch.
NOTE - If you can't see the JD Generator tool it may not have been enabled for your organisation. Please ask your internal RoleMapper admin to discuss this with the RoleMapper team and the option can be enabled for you.
- From any job document (where you have edit permissions) click the Related Content tab.
- From the Related Content tab select "JD Generator".
Then enter your desired Job Title along with a Job Family (optional) and Job Level (optional). Adding the optional information will give a greater level of accuracy to the resulting Job Description provided by the AI. Then click "generate"
NOTE - By it's nature AI suggestions can not be guaranteed for accuracy or adherence to best practice rules. Always check AI suggestions before insertion. However, our AI improves it's accuracy and suggestions with every use and is constantly evolving.
- You will then see an AI generated Job Description based on these parameters. You can click and drag any useful content into your Job Document (see the guide for How to copy text from the Database to a Job Document ). Or click the circular arrow to generate a new AI suggestion.
