NOTE - Depending on your role and organisational settings the exact rules and errors/warnings in place for your organisation may differ.
The Document Inclusion and Quality panel is the default toolbar to the right-hand side of your Job Documents. It shows not only the current score for the Job Document being viewed but also the nature of any errors or warnings that are reducing that score.
Document Inclusion and Quality Panel Overview
The top section shows the score, this score reflect the current level of inclusivity and quality of the Job Document. The score will increase as errors and warnings are rectified. A Job Document with no errors or warnings will have a score of 100.
Below that you will see sections for the various different elements RoleMapper checks for. Orange warnings and red errors will be displayed wherever something breaches a Quality and Inclusion rule defined by RoleMapper and your organisation.
Section Meanings
Inclusive Readability - This section measures how easy the document is to read and is checking for things like the length of sentences and paragraphs.
Inclusive Language - This sections is checking for the inclusivity of the language used and checks for things such as gendered words.
Inclusive Responsibilities - This section checks for the inclusivity of the responsibilities and checks for things like the number of responsibilities and if they have used the correct verb format to begin.
Inclusive Requirements - This section checks the inclusivity of the requirements and checks for things such as Jargon, Educationalism, Ageism, Talent Excluders and the number of requirements.
Document Quality - This section is checking for the overall document quality and flags for any sections with missing content.
Locating Errors/Warnings in Your Job Document
Using the Document Quality and Inclusion Panel you can quickly highlight and navigate to the various errors and warnings within your document.
Next to each error/warning there will be a triangle with an exclamation mark, hovering over this will highlight in the document where the offending sections are and also give a brief explanation of the issue. Clicking on this triangle will jump you straight to the next error/warning in this category.
I Can't See the Document and Inclusion Quality Panel
If you can't see the Document Inclusion and Quality Panel when you are looking at a Job Document there are a couple of things to check:
- Check you don't have the database or any items from the database open, click the "X" in the top right of the panel to go back to the Document Inclusion and Quality Panel.
- Make sure your browser isn't zoomed in too far. Zoom out on your web browser by pressing 'ctrl' + '-' on your keyboard to zoom your browser out and the right-hand panel may appear if you were too zoomed in.
