NOTE - Depending on your role and organisational settings the exact sections of related content available may differ from what is shown in this guide. If you would like any missing sections shown in this article added to your platform please discuss this with your RoleMapper implementation manager or your internal RoleMapper admin
Related content is a section of RoleMapper that holds other sources of information that can be utilised within your job document. This information can be drag and dropped into your document directly from the side panel.
To access related content you need to click on the related content tab of the right-hand panel when viewing a Job Document.
NOTE - A small number of customers may find their database icon at the top right-hand corner of the RoleMapper screen as shown below:
Section Meanings
Related Content - This section includes any documents directly related to the current Job Document. This could be source Job Documents or uploaded documents as an example.
Similar and Adjacent Documents - These are documents identified by RoleMapper as being similar in terms of content or related (same job family etc.). (see our How To View Similar or Adjacent Documents From Within A Job Document article for more information)
Library - The Library allows you to search and view any approved Job Documents as well as any uploaded files not directly related to the Current Job Document. (See our How to use the Library article for more information).
JD Generator - The JD Generator utilises AI to create an entire Job Description which you can use to provide information for your current Job Document. (See our How to use the AI Job Description Generator article for more information).
Skills Generator - The Skills Generator utilises AI to create a list of general and technical skills for the selected role. (See our How to use the AI Skills Generator article for more information).
