NOTE - Depending on your role and organisational settings the exact information in your audit trail may vary from what is shown.
The Audit Trail tool provides a complete history and traceability of all aspects of a Job Document throughout it's life.
The Audit Trail can be accessed from the Audit Trail icon when you are viewing a Job Document.
You can switch between Audit Trail sections via the buttons along the top.
NOTE - Audit Trail sections visible per Job Document will depend on what has happened with that job. For example, Comments will only be displayed if the Job Document has any comments on it.
Section Meanings
Actions - The Actions sections shows a breakdown of every action taken on the document from edits through to status changes. Clicking the arrow next to any section expands to show every item grouped under that heading. Clicking the eye will show you the document at that point in time.
Roles - This section shows you everyone involved in the document and their assigned role.
Tasks - Tasks shows any tasks that have been created in relation to the document along with when they were created, due and closed and who they were assigned to.
Comments - This section displays a complete record of all comments made on the Job Document.
Source Documents - This section shows any documents related to the selected Job Document. This could be source documents if the Job was copied from another one, Jobs with a Hierarchy match, or uploaded documents.

- From the "Actions" section of the Audit Trail tick the checkbox next to any versions of the document you wish to view.
- Click "Compare" at the top of the Audit Trail window.
- You will now see the selected versions of the document side-by-side.
