Review Groups are groups of people who are assigned different roles within RoleMapper to review your job documents. This article show you how to assign Job Documents to a Review Group and allocate the tasks to the relevant users.

NOTE - The number and name of the Review Group Roles may change for different customers, do not be alarmed if your screen looks slightly different. The process is the same regardless of your specific Review Group settings.
Assigning Documents to a Review Group
- Navigate to your Review Groups page, either from the "Review Groups" button on your Homepage, or from the link in the Main Menu.
- Click on the group you wish to assign a document to from the "Manage Review Groups" page.
- Click on "Job Assignment"
- Search for the required Job Document(s)
- Click the "+" button to add them to your Review Group's "Assigned Jobs" panel.
- Click "Save" to save the assigned document.
NOTE - Although allocated, the Document will not show as a "Task" until it has been "Assigned to tasks"(see below section)
Assigning to Tasks
NOTE - You can only "Assign to tasks" once a Review group has been created, has members added and has at least one document assigned to the group.
- Navigate to your Review Groups page, either from the "Review Groups" button on your Homepage, or from the link in the Main Menu.
- Click on the group you wish to assign a document to from the "Manage Review Groups" page.
- Click on "Perform Action"
- From the drop-down menu choose "Assign to tasks".
- Make sure to tick the required Job Documents.
- Click "Run". Relevant Users will now get an Email alert and find the task in their "My Tasks" panel.
