RoleMapper is configured so all users will automatically receive a weekly reminder Email on their open tasks within the platform.
Any tasks that have been allocated to you but have not been completed will appear in our weekly Task Reminder Email.
NOTE - If you are receiving Emails for old tasks which are no longer relevant then please contact a RoleMapper admin from your organisation who can remove these tasks for you.
How To Opt Out of Reminder Emails
User can choose not to receive the task reminder emails:
- Select the Settings cog from the top menu of RoleMapper (visible from HomePage and other views)
- From the Settings menu toggle the "Enable Task Reminders" switch to off
